Ordered Mothers Day flowers. Arrived 3 days late, said nobody was home which is a complete lie, my mother lives in a nursing home, all orders are delivered to front desk! Paid for a Bouquet, vase, and other things, but only received dead flowers in a shitty vase. They do not respond to the BBB, so I doubt they will respond to this complaint either. Please join our facebook page " BLOOMEX SUCKS", if you have been wronged by these scammers. We will be trying to initiate a Class Action Lawsuit against Bloomex in the near future.
