Worst service ever!!! DO NOT BUY from them. Delayed delivery and refuse for cancel order or refund. They said if you don't want the flowers, ask the recipient to reject the flowers. (The flowers were a condolence). When item delivered the vase was broken. They refuse to resend the flowers or refund. They asked the recipient to return the broken vase and they will send another vase. The people who answers the calls on the 1800 number are all very rude. One of them even hung up on me because they refuse to listen to my complaint. They never return calls and till now (5 months now) nothing had been done... No calls no refund on the broken vase. This is a rip off company and should have read other reviews before buying from them. Don't buy from them unless you and the recipient of the flowers want to be traumatised.
