Ticketmaster said they were sold out of Dave Matthews tickets and re-directed me to ticketsnow.com where the tickets were twice the price ($150.00). I purchased the tickets from ticketsnow thinking that's all I could do. I went back to Ticketmaster and was able to buy at the $75.00 price. Ticketsnow will not refund my money. Neither company responds to my emails.
