I purchased tickets on TicketNow the night before the Coaches vs. Cancer Basketball tournament at Madison Square Garden. The tickets were in Section 233 and the listing said that the tickets would be e-mailed to me. I purchased them the night before the event so this was very important. I contacted TicketsNow after I purchased the tickets because I had not received them. They told me the seller "was not open" and that they could not contact them. I called back in the morning and was assured my tickets would be e-mailed. I was also told that the company guaranteed I would have tickets. I followed up two hours later and was told that my tickets "no longer existed" and "had been sold the day before." TicketNow said all they could do was offer me tickets that were 3 times as much money and 40 rows behind where I was supposed to sit. They said there was no guarantee that they would provide me with tickets and wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. I would never purchase tickets from them again. You are not purchasing the tickets you are paying for! Stay away from TicketNow no matter what. I have used Stubhub in the past and they guarantee the tickets. TicketsNow is a total scam. They lied to me hours before the event and I was unable to attend.
