I was on the internet lookign for cash advance and I gave some personal information but I did not give any comoan y permission to take money from my bank account and furthermore I did not have any knowledge that money would be taken from my account.
I have had overdraft fees of 25.00 every five days because of the insufficient funds in my account because they tried to withdraw 24.95 On March 19 and the money was not there and I did not know that they were trying to get money from my account until I seen my bank statement.
I am very upset and If someone is not willing to do soemthing about this problem then I am going to go to a higher power and my attorney and I am going to go threw the paperwork to begin a lawsuit. This is not right and I know a lot of people have been having this problem with the same company. They tell you they have money for you and then they take money from you and like me I didn't have the money for them to take anyway so now I am paying overdraft fees that I did not accumlate because they tried to take mmoney from my account. This is going to stop now and I mean now.
