Ripoff withdrew unauthorized funds from bank account causing overdraft fees, balance ended up $-300 Internet

Paynet.com withdrew $34.62 and $1.95 from my bank account using my son's web id and my bank account information, which his name is not on the account. Paynet would not give me the information on what the money was withdrawn for, but refunded the withdrawals after I said I was going to call my bank. However, they would not refund the overdraft charges or insuffecient funds fees that had occured, $300 worth.
