Claim Status: Received, Submission is being processed
Near the end of Aug. 2007 I bought this item from Newegg.com with a $15 mail-in rebate:

I mailed the rebate and they received it as it shows on the rebate website.
I checked the rebate website and it showed that the submission is being processed. I tried calling the rebate phone # (866) 295-0998 and I got a message that the # has been disconnected. I have no quick way of contacting the company which shows really bad customer service by not providing alternate ways to contact them. They have no email address. What does one have to do to get a rebate these days?
