Sears Consumer Credit Account
I got this information from my Credit Report. Someone did a In-store charge account in my name

Hello,

I check my Credit Report, and under alert this was charged to my name. I never charged or applied for an account with Sears. I've been living in Florida, and never travel out of state in so I would like to know where and how this happen.

This is my first time reporting, so please inform me where this happen.

Enclosed is all the information I got from the Equifax.

Your help would be highly appreciated.
