I purchased a set of DVD's on line at boxingjunkies.com for my husband for valentine's day gift order number yhst-11566548389820-5196. I paid via credit card. The product was delivered in DVD envelops not in cases and the quality of the every DVD is absolutely terrible. I called boxing junkies at (877) 215-7555 and emailed several times at [email protected] to request a refund. Each time I call I get a voicemail message and no one calls me back and my emails have not been responded to. I would like a refund.
