I purchased a DVD set that was suppose to cover the entire magnum PI series for 92.00. Gave it as a Christmas gift and found out it was a terrible unclear film that showed the A&E logo in the corner of the film. They had recorded right from the TV set! I notified them of the quality and they said to return it for a full refund. That was 1 year ago in December. I kept sending emails request my refund and only got excuses for the delay. Then last month they blocked all my emails.
