Waiting for Refund

On October 14, I returned product (ResQ10) for refund. Product was received October 17,9:46 A.M. Phone follow up in December. I was told refund are by check (not to credit card). Numerous phone calls and promises that customer service would research and call me have resulted in no return phone calls and no return of $186.95 paid for product. Left voicemail message on Jan 18 for Rebecca (supervisor), but have had no return call.
