I ordered this product and was to be charged shipping of $4.99 only and was later charged $88.00 without my authorization and want a refund. I emailed the company several times and each time they responded by saying I should have cancelled the order by phone but no one ever answered the phone. Finally, I received an email from the company saying they would allow me to keep the product and they would refund me 1/2 the amount of $88.00 minus shipping. They gave me a RMA # but now are saying I can't get the refund without returning the product. I forwarded all the emails they sent me back to them and they have not responded. This is definitely a scam and the product doesn't even work. If you can help with a refund, I would greatly appreciate it.
