I purchased a pair of diamond earrings as a Christmas gift for my mother. I received them and they were terrible quality. I called several times and did not give up until I received a RMA # necessary for all returns.
I did everything I was asked to do in order to receive my refund. I still have not received my refund after over 10 phone calls, one in which I was hung up on by the "customer service" rep, whom I think was the customer service manager.
I cannot believe this company is still in business and being broadcast everyday over satellite and cable channels while it is obviously stealing money from the American public.
This is a fraudulant company and it MUST be stopped. I am NOT stopping until I get my refund.
