I hired Tax.inc. To help with back taxes my son didn't file when he was young and thought he would always do it but neve filed them. He is so depressed because he couldn't get the taxes paid. I called Tax Inc. And they assured me that they could take care of everything including the compromise and settlement for $5,000. I didn't have a lot of cash myself and I used a credit card ti pay most of that and what I had in my bank account at that time by e-check. We were sent a package and all the information was wrong and then another and another, all with the wrong information.
I finally called and told them that they needed to get thee names right with the right social security and the right name so on the 4th try we got it right. They blamed us for that and said we should have corrected the papers and turned them in. I said if were're paying you then it's your job to get things in order. They wanted things that couldn't be produced in a short time like old w2's and other papers like bsnk statements and payoff on his car. He sent all of that and told him he needed to still get more information.
All the while they wanted more money. They had never contacted the IRS on his behalf at all. I called to see why a year had passed and nothing had been done for him and was told to stay out of it because it was my sons case and none of my business, after I paid all the money. I found out they had been getting into my bank account and trying to take money by more e-checks. The attorney we worked with to start with is Brian Kennedy, he left and then we were transfered to someone by the name of Julie.
I think her name is Julie Chung. She is rude and a theif. She says they closed my sons case because he wasn't giving them enough informatiom. They had also said they would file all back tax returns and then refused to do that. They even say that in the commercials. I have been ordered not to call there and have no contact over the money they took and did nothing to earn. I have nothing that says there was ever a paper filed in my sons case or any contact by them in his name.
They are a rip-off company and I hope to sue them, I don't know how yet, but I plan to do something about the money they took from me and the attempts to get more from my bank account. There is nothing good about this place and they are there for one thing and that is the taking of money from people like us who if we had a lot of money wouldn't be asking them for help in the first place. I plan to drive to Los Angeles and get some kind of help with this.
I do not have the money to throw away to people who parade around as nice and helpful until they have your money and then you don't matter to them anymore. This is one of the worst places you could ever go for help because all you will get is lies and the money you give will never be enough. The people who have been ripped off by Tax Inc. Need to get together and sue these crooks, the only way to get your money back is to sue them.
I will if I have to be my own attorney and sell everything I have left to do what's right. This is not a company out to help you, they are out to get your money leave you in the same position as you were before, only with more debt to show for it. I want my money back now. Please do not do business there, you will be here writing a letter just like I am right now.
