There are many reports about this company and I am sorry to say that I did not read them before I retained there services. Or at least thats what I thought. Service is the last thing on Tax Inc's. Mind. They did nothing but take my money - make me chase after them to try and do something for me and frustrate the hell out of me!!!
Every report that you have read about this company is True. They basically gave me the run around now they say my account was closed because they claim they never received an information packet from me. I asked then can I have my $3200 dollar fee back and they said no. I cannot even right this report properly because I am so frustrated... Has anyone sued these guys??? What are they doing in business. And yes they were very rude. JUlie Chung was very rude... What leagal action can I take? Any answers???
