Sent fake Ugg boots, Not returning email about fake boots

I recently purchased two pairs of Ugg boots from www.bootsabc.net (classic cardy knit boots and classic tall boots). The knit boots seemed to be real but the classic tall boots were obviously fake. The inner fur was synthetic and didn't even look like wool and the sheepskin was like sand paper. I sent an email expressing my unhappiness with the boots and still have not received a email back from the company. There was only an email address but no other contact info. I have tried to go back on the website since to see if there is anything else I can do about getting my money back but the web address no longer works. I paid money for an item that the site stated to be authentic Ugg boots and am now stuck with an expensive rip off!
