I went online to check my account and noticed that 139.95 was deducted from my account i was very upset and decided to call the bank. I found out that this company by the name of simple escapes had taken it upon them selves to just take my money.
I called the company and asked if they had any type of authorization to debit my account the person i spoke with told me she did not have authorization and that I would have to speak to her supervisor and i did so. I demanded that my money be returned to it entire. What a rip off!!!
Did i get my money well i was told that i had to wait 3 to 5 busness days for my account to credited. Im still waiting. How are we going to stop this from happening to others. I feel so violated and robbed.
