I always check my daily balances on my checking account and there was a $96.00 debit out of my banking account with HDI Simple Escapes of which I have never heard of with their phone number.
I immediately called bank and told them this was an unauthorized debit from my debit card. She told me to call them and I did and found out that I had ordered from Domestication back in October and they said that they had given my information and that I was to have received a gift certificate from Simples Escapes of which never happened because I ordered online and never spoke with anyone. Or even agreed to this or joined any membership, this is a fraud and stealing outright.
I immediately filed dispute with the bank, and waiting to see what is going to happen. I called Simple Escapes and they said they were going to refund my money but that was 5 days ago and nothing has happened. The bank has not refunded my money either. This company must be stopped. I canceled out card and now having to wait for another one Beleive me this will be the last time I order from Domestication, that is illegal for them to give your information out. Especially your card number and bank account number.
This must be stopped. I never received nothing from Simple Escapes and never heard anything untill I got this debit from them. That is in itself theft.
