On Oct. 3, my husband took our desk top computer which was purchased at RadioShack for repair. The computer was damaged beyond repair upon arriving at the repair location. They finally notified us 12-4-08 and offered us 100.00 for compensation. Our computer is about 4 years old. They were rude and actually hung up on me. They later wrote a letter after I sent the CEO a certified and registered letter and told me the same thing, only 100.00 dollars. This is unfair. I think I should get a computer or more money.
