My mother spent $50.00 on beads thinking they were Pandora. Their sign in front says Pandora but they are NOT. When I tried returning the un-used merchandise the owner Bill stated that they have a no return policy. This was never disclosed at time of purchase or on the original sales reciept I have. Very poor customer service and Bill the owner was also very rude.
