Marlena at the Radio Shack in Leominster, Ma at the Mall at Whitney Field filed a false complaint about me which claimed I damaged a too loud display in the Mall. I did not It was too loud. I had asked someone who was working there to please turn it down. He said he did not work there Marlena came over and asked me if I wanted it turned down. I said yes. She snapped at me not to touch it. There was no DO NOT TOUCH sign on it. I told her I had asked someone to turn it down who said he did not work there. She said he did not work there, but she also said not to touch it; it was disrespectful. I said it was disrespecting to have it so loud. I called and complained dabout her.in retaliation she falsely reported to Mall Security I had damaged the display. This is a lie. Mall Security showed me a written complaint about me which was worded as though I had committed a crime. I did not. Managers at Radio Shack do not return my calls. It is next to impossible to file a complaint with them on line. I had written one, but could not retrieve it after copying it. I filed a different one, but am not sure if it will get to appropriate personnel. This irresponsible behavior from rude Marlena has caused me a lot of emotional distress. Radio Shack needs to better monitor the noise levels of their displays. I am looking for cash compensation from Radio Shack. They need to take responsibility for this. THank you.
