My husband took our desk top computer (which was purchased at RadioShack) for repair on Oct. 3. We were notified on Dec. 12 that the computer was damaged beyond repair during shipping by FED EX. RadioShack offered 100.00 dollars for compensation. Our computer is approx. 4years old. I feel one hundred dollars is not enough.
