When Michael had originally come to my home in Nj, he had promised nothing but the best service and at the lowest possible price to help me move from Nj to Florida. He seemed like an honest fellow, so I trusted what he said and went along with signing the agreement for a total amount of $3,540.00. All seemed well and they did deliver a few days later than scheduled, which was fine. I put in a claim for my kids computer desk which arrived here broken and an extra large Chinese flower pot also broken to pieces. After, I would say, at least ten phone calls throughout the months to see what happened to my claim, I kept getting responses that the claims department is working on it and they would call me back. Later, we also discovered that cloths were missing and till today, nothing has been resolved with this company. Since they haven't even called me to credit me what they had broken, I didn't even bother to put in a claim for the clothes that were missing. I do, however, know that this complaint needs to be put out there where people can see that this company did not deliver everything in tact, as promised, but also acted as they never new me when it came to paying up on my claim!
