Phoenix moving and storage are crooks. The foreman of the move tried to over charge me for the cubic footage of the truck. I was quoted a $900 hundred dollar price, when the foreman arrived he tried to charge me $2,000 dollars. This is there catch. The representatives from the company will quote you a low price and then they load the truck and tell you another price.
I was told my belongings would not be transferred to another truck once they were packed and would be delivered to me the same way. Once I received my belongings, items were broken and missing. My expensive bed side rails were missing, my Ab Rocket was missing. When I called the company to explain what was going on I was told to fill out a claim form. No one and I mean no one even tried to investigate my things being missing.
This is not the way business is performed. You pay for a service, Phoenix Moving and Storage, you pay to have your things broken and missing. If you could learn from my mistakes that would be great. Don't use them. I would not recommend this Out-of State moving company to a dog.
