On Nov. 1st I purchased a vehicle from CBS. With angreement to do the Schedule B maintenance. On Nov. 2nd smoke started coming from the exhaust from the tal pipe and the check engine light came on. I emailed Jude upon arriving to work in Savannah, GA. Frank the salesman called me on Nov 3rd and asked for me to go to auto zone for a test. The test from auto zone came back misfired spark plugs. Frank told me to bring the car in next time I came home and they would fix the problem. Jude also emailed me and said the problem would be taken care of. On the way back to NC for repaires the low oil light came on twice. I explained all of this to Jeff the service manager when I dropped the car off with them on Nov 14th. He claimed to not know of any mechanical issues. I forwarded him the emails between Jude and myself. Jeff called me to pick up the car but had not replaced the spark plugs. He said that I needed to call Steve Smith or Jude. Steve offered to let me return the car but said he would charge me financing fees, tags&title, and a reduced price for mileage and cancellation. Jude explained that I would not end up getting money back and the the issue would be fixed by replacing the spark plugs. I told Jude that I needed a letter from the mechanic saying that it was the sparkplugs causing the issue. He said he couldn't do that but he gave me the bad spark plugs that were taken out of the car. They replaced the spark plugs at Judes expense per the owner Steve Smith. They promised me that it would fix the problem. I Dropped the car off on Nov 14th and went to pick up the car on Nov 15th 2 miles down the road the oil light came on. Jude told me to return the car and he would take it back to the mechanic. I missed work on Nov 17th due to this. I picked up the car on Nov 17th and on the way back to work in GA the smoke from the exhaust started again and the check engine light came on. I emailed Jude as soon as I arrived in GA again on Nov. 18th at 2:10 am. Once again he told me to go to autozone. They said it was misfired spark plugs and Jude asked me to fax him the codes from auto zone to give to his mechanic and to bring the car back again so that it could be fixed when I return to NC. I asked Jude if he was sure the car would make it he said yes. On Nov 25th I dropped the car off. On Nov 26th Jude told me I had to call the mechanic and the mechanic said he was told not to disclose any informaiton to me. I called jeff the service manager. He claimed that he did not know the issues with the car and had to speak with Steve Smith and would call me in approx. 2 hours. I asked him to call before then. He spoke to my father and said that it was internal motor issues and that they would not fic b/c the warrenty was out. When I spoke to him I explained to him that when the problems started the day after purchase the warrenty was not up and I was promised in an email that they would take care of whatever the problem is. He said that they were not going to repair the car.

I have an We owe you from the company that states they were suppose to do maintenace and fix the acclertation/smoke issue! But the owner Steve Smith doesn't care! This didnt mean anything to him! To date I have spent over $2300 on getting this car repaired and it is still not repaired! The car had not been serviced at all! The mechanic i took it to removed leaves and sand from the inside of the car! The wrong oil was put in I had to get a oil change, engine flush, spark plug wires changed, and coil packs put on aand its still a smoking train! Don't buy a car from them! If you cant go to the dealership don't stop at CBS IMPORTS!!! Http://www.cbsqualitycars.com
