From day 1 our 2002 jeep was in the shop several times. Our sales rep was nice while we were looking for a car. After we purchase the suv and we were having so many problems. His attitude changed. I told our sale rep a couple of problem with the car he said no problem we will take care of that for you. They kept the car for a couple of days After we put the payment down. Bill called use back a couple of days later and said it was ready.
After we pick up the suv. We realized that nothing was done. Our suv was in several times for a power steering pump, smoke machine, front end steering, electrical, trans grinding & axkle, couldn't pump gas in it, replace speak, would not replace rear tires that were almost no tread, replaced the radiator & and said they did a tune up but still idles rough manager Andrew siad i had to pay at least 50.00 towards the radiator. I would like to know how they are aloud to sell these veh.in such un safe condition. They only gave me 3 work orders when it was in about 5 times in the 4 months we had it... We asked for a refund on our veh. Or trade of to another veh. But we got denied.
There has to be someone out there who can help us. What kind of government is this that they are allowed dealerships to take advantage people. We can not put up with the veh. And we had decided to give the suv back. They say that they are there to help people and build there credit... They end up messing your credit up not to metion stress you out. Aka. Rap
