Received coat on 12/09/09. Upon trying on coat I realized it was to large and called Hickey Freeman the day after it was received. I was told I can get a refund but it takes up to 30 days. I thought that was an exorbitant amount of time but had no choice but to agree. I still have not received a credit for the 568.50 purchase price even though upon tracking my order see that Hickey Freeman received the return package on 12/12/08 via UPS. I spoke to Michelle who said she'd call me back on 12/12/08... She never did. I called customer service and was told they have the package but it still takes up to 30 days to refund my credit card. It's now been over 30 days and I get no return call when I leave a message or email customer service... I feel like I get the "run around" every time I call and feel like they are trying to avoid refunding me. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever received and will no longer shop or use their products again... I will also contact my credit card to file a dispute as well as contact any and all rating sites to warn others of their 'shady practices'.
