I purchased this Internet Marketing and Website Building Training online for $997 after watching a webinar. The product sales page said it had a 365 Day Unconditional Guarantee. On February 11 - after only 15 days - I was unhappy with the program and requested a refund.
The owner, Norman Janssen (AKA Norman Freeman) immediately responded by personal email "I will refund your purchase of course". That was 40 days ago and I have made numerous attempts via phone, email and online support-desk to contact this man about completion of the refund. I even filed a dispute with PayPal.
Since the initial contact, he has completely ignored my communications. I do not know any other way to get a response. It was only after I became dissatisfied that I found he has operated previously under a different name (Freeman) until that reputation was clouded by complaints.
All I want is for Norman Janssen or Freeman to have the integrity to honor the guarantee in his sales material and his own "I will refund" statement in his email.
