I received an email from trimday about a free week trial, and all I had to do was pay the shipping and handling. I did and a few days later I received their product. I used as directed, nd when the trial was over, thought nothing more of it.
Two weeks later, I get another package from them. This time, its a full months supply along with a receipt showing that they had charged my credit card $58.90. I was furious at first, but at the same time I figured it wasnt a big deal, I'll just return the package. I took it to my post office and the post master took care of it. This was about 3 weeks ago.
A few days ago, I received my credit card bill. Trimday never refunded my card. Its been three weeks, why am I not receiving my refund? I have written three emails to them. I live on a tight budget and can really use this money.
I called trimday and the lady I spoke with told me that the warehouse had not received my package. I told her how it had been three weeks. All she told me was to call back later. What kinda of customer service is that?
If anyone knows how I can get my refund back, please help.
