On April 16, I placed an order online for a prepaid cell phone and $100 airtime card. T-Mobile restricted the delivery of the order so tightly that it was impossible for me to receive the package - I work and am not available at my residence during daytime hours and they would not allow me to pick up the package at an UPS location near me. So on April 27 I instructed the carrier to return the package to T-Mobile. On April 29 I received notice from T-Mobile that my return had been received. On May 2, a credit was issued for the phone but not for the $100 air card. Since that time, I have called repeatedly, filed a complaint with the BBB, and spoke to one of their "Customer Service Reps." Despite the fact that they are the bad actors here and refuse to return my money, the Customer Service Rep was RUDE to me. After calling me to "follow up" because the customer service rep was too lazy to do the research on my order before calling me to determine a status, she calls me to ask all kinds of questions and never calls me back for a status report. She filed a repsonse with the BBB that a credit would immediately be issued. Seven days have passed since that time, and no refund has been received. I'm beginning to think I will never receive the refund. Today, June 8, I called the customer service line again and was told a credit was issued on June 1. This cannot be true as I shop online and return items all the time and it NEVER takes this long. It didn't even take that long for the phone credit to be processed. I believe they are nothing but corporate THIEVES, praying upon those perceived to be weak and poor who have few resources or stamina to keep up with all their lies. SO BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM T-MOBILE - you may never see your money again if you want a refund.
