I used my Visa to open an account for my daughter and authorized the first payment only to open the account. I did not authorize auto payment. When I saw the debits appear on my statement, I called my daughter and she then cancelled the Juno internet provider account. That was over a year ago and I still don't no for sure that they won't do it again next month. This has cost me just short of $200.00. When I call the representative makes no effort to resolve the situation. I am filing a contest with my bank, but they can only go back 3 months and Juno knows this.
