There was a charge on my credit card for $ 9.95 from Juno that I did not make. No idea how they got my this credit card number - this account exists only for internet purchases, and the card information only exists in a secured local data base (nobody but me has access to this information). Seems odd that someone who has my card info only used it to open a Juno account. Reported it as fraud to my bank. Juno's billing department wouldn't supply me with any information as to how this account was created (they suggested that I accidentally created this account on-line) and they didn't seem concerned that a fraudulent transaction was made with a stolen credit card number. Took me an hour on the phone with them to get to someone that claimed they would cancel this account.
