Gave Juno to my mother for her computer and charged it to my VISA account. Used my VISA because Capitol One was busy ripping my Mother off by not sending a bill, then charging her late fees ($29.00)
So I get my statement for my VISA account and on November 10, I have not one but TWO listings billing me for one month of service from JUNO ISP.
On November 22, on the same statement, I have 2 more months of service billed to my VISA account.
Today is Thanksgiving, so tomorrow I will contact Bank of America VISA and tell them of this problem.
I expect them to reverse the billing and correct the problem. I already understand the problem of not getting a HUMAN BEING when you contact JUNO Customer service.
