We have entered into a lease agreement with this property and we have paid our lease terms in full and met all of our notice requirements but we wanted to move out prior to our end date on the lease and now the property management wants to charge us an additional fee (1 months rent) for early termination of our contract even though we have paid in advance our rent. Additionally they already have our apartment rented out and the new renters are set to move in 1 week after our contract term ends. I have had several conversations with the property management and everytime I speak with them they keep adding more random fees that I would have to pay if I either move out or turn in my keys earlier than the end date of my contract. I highly recommend finding another place to live to all of those looking.
