Took my $ for product then after 2 or 3 weeks said it must have been lost in the mail. Only responded to 1 of several email inquires in over a month. No offer to replace or send a new item. Disputed the charge with Amex and instantly got my $ back. It seemed to me from the Amex customer service rep that this wasn't the first time that they have had problems with buzzgrounds. Beware... Stay away!
