I bought xbox 360 1 year ago and got 3 red circles. While that was sent to xbox repair I went out and bought new one on 01/17 at best buy and low and behold just 2 days past best buys return policy the month old console has 3 red lights. Xbox will not refund the money. The only option is to keep shipping your damaged console for repairs. XBOX will tell you free of charge but you still have to pay for packaging and any other services charges. Microsoft does not stand behind their product.
