The Parks Mall at Arlington. They will tell you anything to get you to purchase one of their procedures and wont stand behind what they are selling. I purchased a photofacial package 5 treatments that I was told would remove moles, WRONG! I contacted them immediately after my first treatment to let them know I saw no difference. They did not do a thing to address my concern. They wasted my time on follow-up appointments that got me nowhere. The manager Joseph is refusing to refund my money $1196.00. I wish someone had warned me about this business! Please save yourself time, money and disapointment/s do not use " Bio Derm Skin and Laser Centers " BAD BUSINESS! They do not stand behind the procedures they sell nor will they refund your money!
