Complete disaster!

Ok so I have dell inspiron 1505 laptop 1 year and 3 months old and for some reason the laptop stopped working, got a windows system 32 error. I had no clue so i bgrought it to the geek squad. At the counter a little snot nose kid tells me its 70 dollars to check, i say ok, but before anything is even checked, i see him write on his form PROBABLE HARD DRIVE FAILURE! If your so sure then why am i paying for a check? But i let it go... The decide to call me after its been there 9 days and not so much as a call, or a return call from me. Wow surprise surprise it needs a hard drive for 299.95, im annoyed but what can i do. Sure go ahead and fix it... Well thats the last time i heard from them, they kept my laptop 24 days and never returned 1 of my 23 phone calls to them. Low and behold on day 25 its ready! Yay! I go there to pick it up and the little snot nose is there ringing me up... For some reason the total on his register now reads 581.77?? I looked and said who's that bill for? He says with an attitude me! I said really? Huh i was quoted 299.95 so how did we get there? He said well i forgot to include this and that. I was really? Tuff shit you quoted me 299.95 and thats what im paying, if it had changed and needed more work and you needed additional authorization, you had it for 25 days, you could have called me... But you didnt. So im not paying. The mgr got involved for best buy and they did it for the 299.95 onyl for me to leave there pissed off and lucky to not be in jail for ripping that little bastards throat out, well guess what? 44 days later... My hard drive crashed again! I returned happy as ever to hear that i need another har drive, and that the first repair is only covered for 30 days and since mine was 44 days ago i was shit out of luck! When i had the massive corinary thats my personality at bestbuy, another little snot nose said you may have a warranty on the hard drive from the manufacturer... I said OH REALLY? Then why the hell was i charged a month and a half ago??? Needless to say i have a friend who is taking care of it for me and assures me it doesnt need a hard drive again. Luckk for the little shithead at bestbuy, and to the management at geek squad? Spend a little fnn money and hire someone over 18 without an attitude, cause the image of your company is shit!!! And ill be saure and tell everyone i know and being italian you know we have big mouths!!!
