5/20/08 = DEPOSIT = $3700 for trailer to be built and shipped on 8/1/08; On 8/1/08; Ship date changed to 9/1/08;9/26/08 left message to call me; Called back and said they would begin building trailer in October. Kept putting us off. Called back 9/29/08 @10:30 to Terry - Said call him back on 10/7 or 10/8 - they were in the process of moving. Called Terry back 9/29 at 10:50 and told Terry to just send deposit back. 10/4/08 - 9:44 told Terry again to send deposit back - he said he would talk to Kenny on Monday. 10/6/08 - Terry called me - thought I was new customer - I asked about deposit - said Kenny would call me back - no call back. 10/7/08 - called two times & left message with answering service. 10/8/08 - Talked to Kenny - said he would refund but would take 30 days. 11/06/08 - Talked to Terry - He will talk to me tomorrow he said. 11/07/08 - Terry sayd Kenny not available - will tell Kenny to call me. 11/11/08 - Left message. No call back. 11/14/08 - Left message. No call back. 11/17/08 - Terry will give Kenny message. I asked him if I needed to get a lawyer because I want my money back. 12/09/08 - Called Terry @ both numbers and left message. No call back.
