Billing issues and lack of support to rectify

After receiving a promotion offer from Verizon in the mail we signed up for their "Triple Freedom", tv, phone, and internet, package. This was in May with a promise of disounts for 12 months. It is now December and after placing calls to this company EVERY month since May they are still unable to rectify the problem. Most of the agents were helpful and assured us this would be the last time we needed to call but when the next statement was received that was found to be incorrect. After speaking with a supervisor, Ms. Tullson on 12/9/08, she has informed us that we will not be receiving discounts as a result of the "courtesy credit" applied to my account, which was issued as a result of their inability to correct this problem, as she "can't justify the courtesy credit". It was also stated that because said credit reflects no charge for those months she refuses to make any other adjustments such as the overcharges, including the 5.00 late charge that was to be waived due to the correction credits made. Adding insult to injury the payment was not late but paid according to the correct amount provided to us via the service representative of Verizon. The situation has been ongoing since May. Up until this point I have been extremely patient, as the reps assisting us each month were gracious and polite in trying to fix this error, but to have a supervisor from this company flat out refuse to aid in the correction of their mistakes, as a result of a credit issued 5 months ago for all of the time and aggravation they had caused us, is rude. I have just found that their is an escalated problem department which was not provided by Ms. Tullson when we requested a higher department instead she provided an address to send a letter to as she is in that department.in no way is this business in good faith being they are the problem. We are in no way looking for anything for nothing but for them to provide a correct bill and maybe someone to speak with that can definitively confirm the problem will be corrected. We did not want it to come to this but Ms. Tullson has now given us no choice.
