I purchased a 52" TV at Belmont TV in Arlington VA., and decided the next day to resend my order, mostly because I found is for over $500 less elsewhere. It had not shipped for the store yet. When I contacted the store they offered me $80 less and although I didn’t ask for additional concessions I declined. When I did that they went ballistic yelling at me on the phone telling me I wasted their time and cost them money when I was in the store. They said I had to call Wells Fargo, which is who was going to finance the payments which I had taken advantage of being they were offering 6-months with no interest. When I asked for the money the manager said “you find the number, go to hell” and hung up the phone. To set the record straight, when I got to the store the assistant manager spent 5-minutes with me initially and 5 more minutes after I waited about a ½ hour while he worked with another client. There were other people from the store there however they never approached or attempted to work answer my questions.interesting enough, when the manager called to yell at me on the phone he didn’t have the common courtesy or sense for that matter, to even listened and discuss what he felt was an issue, he yelled, cursed and hung up. I wonder what he would have said being able to talk to me without yelling. This is typical poorly trained managers and staff who are totally unprofessional. I’ve bought items from Belmont TV before but from this point I’ll certainly let everyone I know never to buy from them.
