On May, 5th 2011 at about two minutes before 18h00, I excited the store (Checkers, Middelburg, Mpumalanga) and found a woman begging the security guard to enter. She said to me that she was at the door at eight minutes to six (store closes at 18h00) and the security guard refuses her to enter. I made my way back into the store to look for the store manager to explain the situation. The store manager came running to me and was yelling at the top of her voice "what was going on" and rudely tapping at her wristwatch and yelling "the store is closed." I said to her that I am going to report her bad behaviour to Checkers Head Office and she yelled that I can do that, she does not care.
