First, i sent 10 parcels parcel post with delivery conf. And i sent them on oct 31... My parcels got to the destination within 4 days... My sister was unable to pick them up due to military movements with training and schools so i contacted the usps 1800 number located on my confirmation reciept, to let them know she couldnt pick them up because of this to send them back to sender... Already paid 202.00 for shipping alone... Post office told me they would ship them back 15 days after the first notice was left in her box... Its dec 8 and boxes were never shipped back... I contacted the baton rouge post office in zip code 78017 and they said they still had my boxes, but one of them was ripped opened and no content in it... The supervisor there told me she was going to make sure these items would be sent back to me today possibly get back to me by thursday or friday. They told me to contact consumer report personell to see what could be done about the box that had no content in there about this matter... I called they consumer responce in atlanta and they directed me to fayetteville, nc customer responce... I told her the problems ive been having and told me being that they were sent parcel post with delivery conformation i had to pay for my parcels to get returned to sender or my things would be sent to a place for auction... When i was told my items would be sent back to me and now i must pay for them to get back being the person they were sent too was unable to pick them up due to military orders and her carrier would not deliver the boxes to her door... If the carrier would have delivered these items to her door she would have recieved these boxes before she left she left on the 19 of november now im being responsible for shipping these items back to me because the post office fail to delver the items to the address on the box... Plus when i get the boxes back theres nothing that can be done about the missing content
