They owe me my cancellation money of 24.95 plus now my 39.95!!!
They recieved my return on 11/13.. Tonite I was told it could take up to 30 days to refund any of my money,,
ok the 29.95 fine 30 days I will wait but the 39.95 they had no right to take out. I cancelled they said it is a membership ongoing fee...
How much escrow is made off these fees that take so long to return to return. My when you sign up it is a deseptive sales pitch and they doi not wait 30 days to take your payment. Maybe this is how it is such a profitable company???
