Empire Today LLC IS a RipOff!!!
I decided to wait until after the holidays to have some wood flooring install, so I cancelled my order/contract the next day after the order/contract was placed, but they cashed my deposit check anyway. I was told by the sales person that if I cancelled within 3 business days, I would received my check returned to me. I could have charged this deposit to my MasterCard debit card, but instead I wrote a check, as per the sales person, so I could get my check back. Now I am being told it will be 10 to 14 days to get my money back, while Empire Today deposits my money and makes the interest, as they take their time to refund the money. This check should have never been cashed since the order/contract was cancelled in plenty of time to return my check. And...
Mr. Troy Pringle, if you read this - EMPIRE TODAY IS A TOTAL RIPOFF AND A SCAM. I am glad I didn't have anything installed in my house by Empire Today.
Send my back to me immediatley so I can pay another flooring company to install my wood flooring!!!
