I ordered the free 7 day trail of patches and gave my info for the s/h charge, then immediately cancelled my membership on their website.
About 2 weeks later I recieved an e mail that said my purchase was approved, and when I call I found out I was charged $169.95 for a 3 month supply of patches.
I called the toll free # for mydietpatches.com and the guy said he cancelled my account, and would tey to stop the shipment, but that if I were to recieve it to put return to sender on it and also that within 5-15 days I would be reimbursed the money, that it would be credited to my account.
I went back to the website to see if my account had indeed been cancelled, and was still able to log on.
After reading the complaints on this website and another, I decided I'd better tell my bank, and they cancelled my card.
Also, just today I recieved the shipment of patches that I didn't want and I am afraid to send it back, because I don't think they will send me the money back.
If anyone knows how to take legal action against this company I sure would like to know.
