Never recieved download

I purchased a bead creator 4 digital download upgrade from buy bead patterns for my bead creator 2 program. When I tried to contact them my messages were sent back unopened although I sent them via the link. They have also never confirmed recieving the order. I have paid $49.95 for nothing. Help!
