I subscribed to Bead Stlye Magazine and the service has been very poor, my magazines are late or do not arrive at all. Bead Style is a magazine that I had not seen in the stores and it looked very interesting on the internet, but it has a large percentage of advertizing. The magazine is now avaialable in stores much earlier than I get my copy. Kalmbach needs to look at the distribution center for Bead Style and do something to make it more efficient. I wonder if other subscribers are having the same problems, I would be interested to know. Kalmbach is not getting a happy face from me.
