I purchased a beading kit from the "Ready to Bead" website on November 24. After a couple of weeks when the order did not arrive, I contacted customer service. Sherry emailed me back and said she was waiting on an order for fulfill my order and would send it out the following Monday. I waited again.By this time, the 45 day dispute with paypal had been reached and paypal would not issue a refund. They said I had to settle it with the seller.
Months went by without the seller returning many email attempts to reach them. I tried at least 20 times to contact customer service. The phone number is automatically routed to voicemail. I still have not gotten the refund I have repeatedly asked for. The order totaled 30$. Sherry Wyat finally contacted me 3 weeks ago being very rude and non apologetic. She said she would refund the money, but another 3 weeks has gone by. I do not want other people to fall for the same scam.
I do have all of my invoice information and any other evidence you may need.
