Defective item. They will not answer calls or return messages

I received golden peace logo European Pandora compatible bead from Pugster on Dec. 10.
The bead will not fit a Pandora bracelet. I tried the bead on two Pandora bracelets. It would not fit either one.
I made attempts to call Pugster during their store hours. No one answered. I left voice mails explaining the problem. I have sent emails. None of these have been answered.
I can't solve a problem or get a refund from a company that will not respond. Poor customer service to say the least!
